This notice explains what personal data Swiss AI Partners collects through this website and in the course of client work, and what we do with it.

Who we are

What we collect

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

If you email us, we hold your name, email address and the contents of your message, along with anything you choose to send us.

During client engagements we handle business contact details and any material a client shares with us under the engagement terms.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We use enquiry correspondence to answer you and, where it leads to work, to run the engagement. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, once engaged, performance of a contract. Some records are kept because the law requires it, such as accounting records.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions, such as our email and hosting providers, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. Details of our processors are available on request.

Where it is held

We operate from the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Engagement records are kept for 6 years after the engagement ends, to meet legal and professional obligations.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and ask for it in a portable form. Write to fm@swissai.partners and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner in Switzerland.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
